37.5mm Kingspan Kooltherm K118 Insulated Plasterboard is a premium performance insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core. The 37.5mm overall size is made up from 25mm of Phenolic insulation and a 12.5mm Plasterboard

As part of our Kooltherm K100 range, it provides a level of performance that is unrivalled in the world of rigid thermoset insulation materials with a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/m·K across all thicknesses.

  • One of the thinnest commonly used Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) - ideal for retaining internal space within buildings
  • Ideal for buildings that cant be insulated on the outside
  • Insulation, drylining and vapour control in one board
  • Allows quick response heating
  • Lightweight insulation that is easy to transport, handle and install
  • Kooltherm K118 has a thermal conductivity of 0.019 W/mK across all thicknesses.
  • Kooltherm K118 achieves Euroclass B-s1,d0 when classified to EN 13501-1: 2018. The plasterboard element of Kooltherm K118 achieves Euroclass A2-s1,d0 when classified to EN 13501-1: 2018

Seasonal Delivery Update

  • Last orders for delivery before Christmas – cut off at 2pm on 14th December 2024. Any orders placed after will be processed on 6th January 2025.
  • Last delivery date before Christmas – 19th December 2024 (subject to availability)
  • We will be closed from 19th December and re-open on 6th January 2025.
Delivery times

We may be able to deliver sooner than advertised however, please allow for the delivery times listed on the products you have selected to save disappointment.

We will email you to confirm your delivery date. Please keep an eye out for the email that will also have your VAT receipt.

E.g. 3 – 5 Working days for delivery. If an order is processed on a Monday, 3 working days would be Thursday and 5 working days would be the following Monday.
